thank you so much control room appreciate that uh and testing testing okay great good evening everybody welcome back to mr master class part 8 to our live audience to our online audience and to our podcast listeners tonight's topic i think is one of the most important topics we will ever discuss in the muster master class and that is because this is the one thing the one topic that every single human being on topic that every single human being on planet earth desires for and that is happiness now i just want to clarify at the beginning of class we're going to use the word happiness even though we really mean joy what's the difference between happiness and joy happiness uh is a feeling based on circumstances joy is an attitude that defies circumstances so joy is when it's deep it's within it's for it's internal internal happiness you go shopping and you're happy you got to deal in your shoes okay that's happy but that's not that's not joy that but but we're going to use the term happiness for joy right just so we understand we have clarity on what it is that we are referring to so when we are talking about being a person who is happy how do we attain happiness everybody on planet earth is looking for happiness everyone's searching for happiness some people think it's going to come from a good meal some people think it'll come
