0:00 Hashem, blessed be He, commands us each and every day to His service, blessed be He, that we serve Hashem, as it is written: "which I command you today, to love." What is meant by loving Hashem? What does it mean, to love Hashem? No one can cling to Hashem; as we know - to cling to Torah scholars, this is the true meaning of the love of Hashem. Cling to Torah scholars, to hear the words of the tzaddikim, to hear the word of the wise.
0:26 This is the true meaning, this is the correct understanding. What is the meaning of teshuvah? Why, a Jew today who does teshuvah - what does he think? He thinks he will do teshuvah for the sin he did a week ago, two weeks ago, today or two days ago, last week. But does he think about a sin he did five years ago?
0:51 Does he think about a sin he did ten years ago? He does not need to think about the sin - to be precise, a Jew is forbidden to think and look backward, but we must circumcise the foreskin of our hearts, to understand that yes, we touched the world, and yes, we tasted the world, and yes, we sinned against Hashem, blessed be He, or whether it is anything else we did, we must do teshuvah, and truly have intention, in this incarnation, to have intention for the previous incarnations, to have intention for all the sins in all our lives until today, to do teshuvah for all the transgressions from all the years before, all the years, everything that was...
1:27 truly try to raise it all up. True teshuvah, when a Jew tries to raise up all the transgressions, all the sins, all the bad I did, everything that pained Hashem; to do true teshuvah from the depth of the heart for all the blemishes, for all the forbidden things, for all the terrible things; to do teshuvah, to truly circumcise the foreskin of his heart. This is how true teshuvah is done. Lashon hara, if you spoke it in a previous incarnation, lashon hara, if you spoke it two months ago, to feel that you are doing teshuvah for it, that you are doing teshuvah for everything together, that you truly regret it in every way, for every point you had in that deed.
2:03 You regret all the days that had that same sin in them; you regret all the days that had in them that same darkness of the sin. You raise all the days up above; you raise all the days up to their root, as the holy Ohr HaChaim explains. He explains that in every day there is an awakening and a holy spark. On a day in which a person did not do Torah and Hashem's mitzvos, and did a sin on it, Heaven forbid, then he darkens the light of Hashem, blessed be He, from that day, as is brought this way in the name of several tzaddikim, and from the holy Zohar, that every day the light of Hashem is revealed, and the moment that a man - the moment that that person, Heaven forbid, does not shine Hashem's light, does not engage in Torah,
2:47 then he, Heaven forbid, gives strength to the kingdom of the sitra achra, the Other Side. And this is in fact what we see today: Hashem, blessed be He, is showing the whole world: Look where we are! Look... we have no teshuvah in our hands today; the world is so far from teshuvah, truly. What is it to be truly humble? What is true lowliness? Who knows what it is to truly feel that Hashem does everything and I am nothing? To understand what it means: I pained Hashem.

3:12 How Hashem brought me into the world and guarded me in the womb, and brought me out of the womb and gave me to eat, and raised me until today, and gave me food and drink, and cared for me and always guarded me. See how much one must be like Hashem, blessed be He - so merciful; how much He loves us, how much Hashem loves us. Do you know what it is when a Jew only wants, and truly turns to Him in teshuvah - how happy Hashem is, how happy Hashem is!
3:37 Why, Hashem, blessed be He, is simply telling us: Understand, I want the very best for you. He who invented the law and this correct understanding of honoring parents, of not murdering and not stealing... and respecting everyone and loving every Jew in the world, and respecting people and bringing them close - the whole way, all the moral teaching, all this pleasant understanding of Hashem, blessed be He - and if there is this respect, and if there are these words, why should we not accept the rest of the words?
4:05 And then a Jew truly says: how much Hashem wants my good! The evil inclination tells you now: go blemish your eyes, Heaven forbid - run quickly to look at the faces of tzaddikim, sanctify your eyes. The evil inclination tells you now, with the mouth: go speak lashon hara - run quickly, learn Torah, pray. Take things toward holiness. What will come out of all this bad? What has come out of all this bad until today? Look, we have not been redeemed.
4:30 Don't we want Hashem hand in hand with us? Is there anything better than this? And to understand what it means that I sinned against Hashem's honor, I blemished Hashem's honor; to do teshuvah for this incarnation and for all the incarnations, to truly turn away from evil. And even if a person, Heaven forbid, falls wherever he falls, still, make a protest, as is brought in the Shulchan Aruch in the laws of land, that a person who comes to the land and says that he protests against the owner of the land... and says, 'I protest to his face' - say: Master of the World, I protest against this reality, I protest against this, it does not belong to me; I reveal that all my will is You, I want only You.
5:03 The evil inclination forces me; I protest against this reality. But make a protest against the evil inclination. A person who makes a protest, then afterwards too, whatever the evil inclination tries to build up on it - it is ours. In the laws of land, as is known, whatever the robber builds on your land belongs to the man, let him say from here, from morning till evening, that it is his; as long as you brought witnesses and said that it is yours, you made a protest to his face, you brought the witnesses, they saw that it is yours - whatever they build, it is yours.
5:28 So too the Adversary, the same thing. But make a protest. Why - a person walks in the street, bumps into someone with his shoulder, he says to him, 'Sorry'... why will you not say 'sorry' to Hashem, blessed be He? Give Hashem satisfaction, make Him happy, give Him satisfaction, pray before Him, ask Him that He should have satisfaction. But one must understand: the way is love of one's fellow Jews, the way is to love everyone, to instill love of fellow Jews among everyone.
5:56 Where is true love of fellow Jews? Where is true teshuvah? Where are our concepts, truly? Where are our true concepts in history? Where are the concepts we held on to and prevailed? Let's strengthen them, let's join hands on them, let's strengthen one another on this point, let's give a greater love of fellow Jews, let's smile at one another, let's be happy. Increase the Jewish people, love the Jewish people, strengthen yourselves in true teshuvah, in true awakening.
