They go home. Vayeida Elkanah et Chanah ishto vayizkeraha Hashem. They're together and Hashem remembers her and they get that baby, they conceive. It's amazing. Rashi points out that we learn from these words that they went home that the general rule is is that a guest is not allowed to they're not allowed to have marital relations
