0:02 With the permission of all the holy, honored congregation, with the permission of the holy Rabbis: May Hashem, blessed be He, bless you with all good bounty. Amen. May He give you a good life and help from Heaven, and safeguarding and protection from Heaven. And may it be for the elevation of the soul of Rabbi Yoram Refael Chizkiyahu ben Ida, the tzaddik, who suffered a great deal of suffering. I merited to know him.

0:34 He was truly afflicted with suffering, truly - for decades already he suffered and was afflicted, and he was always happy. He merited to serve Torah scholars; he was holy and pure, and served Hashem with real devotion, and lived with simplicity and with very great devotion. And the several times I merited to speak with him, and to speak a little about all that he was going through, each time he would set himself aside; he did not want to hear anything at all about himself, at all, and the only thing that pained him was: when will this exile already end?

1:15 And he never complained about any pain, and he was afflicted with suffering. Everyone knew that he was... how he was, in his disability, in his difficulty, that... you could see on him that he was suffering, but he was always happy, and he did not look at this world at all, and he did not cause people to be in sorrow because of him. And when we prayed, he was so happy; at the end of the prayer, always, when he merited to catch a prayer together, he would say: "What joy! I was so happy that we prayed together at sunrise."

1:46 He would pray with us at sunrise with great devotion, and he was so happy - and just from the joy, that I would see him like that, how he would pray - it truly gladdened the heart, how happy he was with it, and how he was so very happy to pray with us, and how much he strengthened and encouraged everyone. When we say: "Men of faith are lost", "men of truth"... you know, everyone knows how false this world is.

2:12 This world is... there is no greater falsehood than this world. Whoever is high is low, whoever is low is high, and you do not see any truth at all in this generation - nothing. People go and look at "what the eyes see", and everyone is looking for someone... This one looks like this, so maybe he is more of a tzaddik, or one who looks like that. And no one can see the hearts, the hearts of the Jewish people, how special every heart is, how each one...

2:43 People do not look... "And she caught him by his garment" - as it was with the wife of Potiphera, for the wife of Potiphera is the symbol of the test, of evil, of the illusion of the eyes, which is the whole power of imagination there is, that she grabbed Yosef by the garment. Therefore it is said: "And she caught him by his garment" - which is the test of the whole world: to look only at the outside, and the world does not look at the inside, to see the souls.

3:10 And this is where Shmuel the Prophet erred, that he thought of Eliav, and then the Holy One, blessed be He, said: "For I have rejected him from reigning over Israel" - that he cannot be king, but rather: "Hashem sees into the heart"; "Man sees what is before the eyes, and Hashem sees into the heart" - that Hashem sees the heart of each and every one. And specifically King David - the despised, the lowly, the scorned: "For to this one I will look: to the poor and the broken in spirit" - that Hashem, blessed be He, looks specifically to the poor, to the lowly, to the scorned; specifically when it is hard for a person, specifically when each one goes through so much suffering, and the pain is so great that...

3:45 I hear so much of the troubles, so much of what our people is going through, so much suffering, and we must do everything in our power to stop this suffering, and to ask Hashem for the geulah, that He redeem us already, because we cannot anymore. Some people have it good, and they have contentment, but they do not notice that a large part of their body is suffering and in sorrow - for our body, that is the Jewish people.

4:19 We must ask Hashem to cancel the suffering, to remove the sorrow from upon His people; that there be no Jew, no created being in the world, who is in sorrow. We need to ask that there also be no sorrow in the world: that the nations of the world not suffer, that there be no sword in the world, that there be no war in the world, that there be no accidents in the world, that there be no harm in the world to any created being. One needs to ask for Hashem's mercy on all the created beings, also on the nations of the world, also on the far-off and the cast-away; to ask for mercy in the world.

4:52 And this is the secret of the Beis HaMikdash, the Holy Temple, when it stood firm on its place, and the Beis HaMikdash existed: then all the nations knew the secret of the Beis HaMikdash; they all desired its building, they all wanted the Kingship of the Creator, blessed be He, of the great, mighty and awesome G-d. They would ask for it and plead with Hashem, blessed be He, that we have the Beis HaMikdash. When Shimon HaTzaddik was alive, they would go out and win the wars, and this is the secret of Shimon HaTzaddik, that he would go and win all the wars, and Alexander of Macedon would see his image, that every war he would go to, he would win because of his image, his likeness, because of the reality that there is such a tzaddik

5:29 who connects the created beings to the Creator, blessed be He. Mercy was drawn down upon the entire world, for what was the symbol of the Beis HaMikdash? The Beis HaMikdash appeased Hashem, blessed be He, that He have mercy on the world, that He have mercy on the created beings. We do not understand that we are in a generation where there is a flood of troubles, there is a flood of suffering, and a large and considerable part of it is because of all the talebearers, people who speak lashon hara, people who cause the created beings sorrow with speech, with action, who shame each other and cause each other sorrow.

6:04 Know that this is the pain and the great sword that is in the world. And we must do everything, everything, everything to settle the world, and through this there will be no more troubles in our people, and there will be no more troubles in the world, if everyone behaves nicely, in peace and calm with one another; if there is peace between the created beings, if they make peace among everyone - we will stop suffering from this sword that comes down and destroys the created beings, destroys the world.

6:32 Whoever knows and hears and sees a little of what the world is going through - it is not reality, going to houses of mourners; one should not need to go anymore. It makes no sense that people should be in a house of mourning and grieve, and see like this that people pass away and are afflicted in the world, and hear of illnesses and sorrow. We need to ask Hashem, blessed be He, for mercy, and we ourselves need to do the mercy on the created beings.

6:56 When we speak badly, when we bring out the sword with the mouth, then we reveal cruelty, then at once the Satan can also behave with cruelty. And therefore we must take upon ourselves good resolutions: to honor each and every one, to help everyone; not to look only - let us say we think, we see some tzaddik - then everyone honors him, and they do not notice all the tzaddikim who are around.

7:24 There are lots of tzaddikim, lots of holy ones in the Jewish people. One must honor everyone, one must love everyone, one must help everyone, one must lift the eyes to Heaven, to ask for the mercy of Hashem, blessed be He. And I am saying a little of the little of what I saw: with such great simplicity, of a Jew, a wholehearted tzaddik, who passed away and was afflicted with suffering; when I would look at his face - and whoever remembers sees his face - that he was always smiling and always happy.

7:59 I would come and visit him on Erev Shabbos after the prayer; I would say to him: "Good Shabbos, Rabbi Yoram the tzaddik, good Shabbos!" And he would go along and accompany me, and I would argue with him: "No!" and he would go and accompany me, together, and we would walk together and speak words of Torah. He, And he had such understanding, truly - a different way of looking at the world. He understood the... so well, with all his suffering and all he went through, he was so full of simple, wholehearted emunah in Hashem, with a mind clean of all the charm of the falsehood of the world, and of all the madness of the world: how to serve Hashem with cleanness, with simplicity, without anything that people think...

8:43 All the time a person says: "I will fulfill a mitzvah, so He will give me reward", or that... - not because of that. He would fulfill the mitzvah because he loved Hashem, because he knew that there is Hashem, blessed be He. We need to fulfill the mitzvos out of love for our Creator, to fulfill the mitzvos, to seek out the mitzvos, to pursue the mitzvos out of our love for the Holy One, blessed be He, out of love - that we understand that He loves us; to be those who fear Hashem, to know that this whole world is vanity of vanities, and to think only about the purpose, to think about the holy purpose, which is the true, eternal purpose: to return to Hashem, to engage in Torah, in mitzvah, in holiness; this is the purpose of all purposes.

9:21 May it be the will of the Holy One, blessed be He, to give us help from Heaven, from on high, that there be good bounty, and that there be no more suffering in the Jewish people, that there be no sorrow to any Jew in the world, that there be no sorrow to any created being in the world, that Hashem, blessed be He, have mercy on all of humanity, on all the created beings, all of them; that mercy be aroused from Heaven on all the created beings, all of them. Amen. And may Hashem, blessed be He, save us and redeem us, and give good bounty and a good life; may we merit the complete geulah speedily in our days. Amen!

9:51 We will make a siyum on Seder Zeraim. "Rabbi Yosi says: a person of both sexes (an androgynos) is a creature of its own, and the Sages could not decide about him whether he is a man or a woman; but one whose sex is hidden (a tumtum) is not so: sometimes he is a man, sometimes he is a woman." We will return to you, Tractate Bikkurim, and all the tractates of Seder Zeraim.

10:17 We will return to you, Seder Zeraim, and you will return to us; our mind is on you, Seder Zeraim, and your mind is on us; we will not forget you, Seder Zeraim, and you will not forget us, not in this world and not in the World to Come. We will return to you, Seder Zeraim, and you will return to us; our mind is on you, Seder Zeraim, your mind is on us; we will not forget you, Seder Zeraim, you will not forget us, not in this world and not in the World to Come. We will return to you, Seder Zeraim, and you will return to us; our mind is on you, Seder Zeraim, your mind is on us; we will not forget you, Seder Zeraim, you will not forget us, not in this world and not in the World to Come.

10:36 May it be Your will, Hashem our G-d and G-d of our fathers, that Your Torah be our occupation in this world, and that it be with us in the World to Come. Chanina bar Papa, Rami bar Papa, Nachman bar Papa, Achai bar Papa, Abba Mari bar Papa, Rafram bar Papa, Rachish bar Papa, Surchav bar Papa, Adda bar Papa, Daru bar Papa. Please make sweet, Hashem our G-d, the words of Your Torah in our mouths and in the mouths of Your people, the House of Israel, and may we and our offspring (and our offspring's offspring) and the offspring of Your people, the House of Israel, all of us know Your Name and learn Your Torah for its own sake. "Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are mine forever." "May my heart be wholehearted in Your statutes, so that I will not be ashamed."

10:54 "I will never forget Your precepts, for with them You have given me life." "Blessed are You, Hashem; teach me Your statutes." Amen, amen, amen, forever, selah, selah, selah, for ever and ever. We give thanks before You, Hashem our G-d and G-d of our fathers... May it be Your will that You have great satisfaction from all this learning, for the sake of Heaven, for the benefit of the Shechinah, for the Tikkun of Knesses Yisrael, that the lack of the Shechinah be filled, and a Tikkun for Binah and a Tikkun for the Shechinah, for satisfaction before You, for Your Name... that the learning make before You great, awesome and wondrous delights, for the honor of Your great and holy Name, and that You redeem us with a complete redemption, that through this there be good bounty for all Your people Israel,

11:25 and great mercy for all the Jewish people; not in order to receive reward, and not in order to receive the World to Come, but only for satisfaction before You, blessed be You, that the glory of Your Kingship be revealed in all the world, and Your Throne be complete and Your Name be complete in all the worlds. And so may it be His will, and let us say Amen! May Hashem, blessed be He, have pity and compassion on the nefesh, ruach and neshamah of Rabbi Yoram Refael Nachman Chizkiyahu ben Ida; may the spirit of Hashem give him rest in Gan Eden, and all good bounty, and a good life for all the Jewish people; may there be good bounty for all the Jewish people, the complete geulah; may we merit mercy from Heaven and all good bounty!
