Just like our forefathers were blessed. Avraham, Yitzchak, v'Yaakov, and they were blessed bakol, with everything. Mikol, from everything. Kol, everything. What exactly is this expression? In Yiddish, there's an expression, you know? In English the expression is from soup to nuts. In Lashon Hakodesh the expression is in Yiddish he has called bakol mikol kol. He bought the whole thing, you know? What is this expression? What is this phraseology? Where does it come from? Bakol mikol kol. The Gamara says in Bava Basra three people Hashem gave them a taste in this world may ain oilam haba. Who are they? Abraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov. Abraham bakol. Yitzchak mikol. Yaakov kol. Three people the yetzer hara did not rule over. Abraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov. How do I know? Bakol, mikol, kol. Six people the angel of death did not rule over. Abraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov. Like it says bakol mikol kol. Now, where does it say that Hashem blessed Abraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov bakol mikol and kol? Well, in parshas Chayei Sarah it says "Ve'avram zaken ba ba yamim Hashem berach es Avram bakol." In Toldos it says "Yitzchak was afraid and he says um "Vayomer mi eifo yotzei ve'echeli va'ochal mikol?" Mikol it says. And in this week's parsha Esav says
