Ralph pelka wits and he passed away in the course of the night and he doesn't have any family he doesn't have anybody to contact he's all by himself so you know we know that Jews have certain burial Halak requirements for burial if you're interested in taking care of it fine otherwise we're going to turn him over to the city and the city will give him a regular burials
