There's a crisis happening in Jewish neighborhoods everywhere. A lot of good people are out of work right now. Some because of AI, some because companies are just cutting back, some because of the job they've done for 25 years suddenly doesn't exist the same way anymore. Kivi Fried deals with this every single day. People in their 40s, 50s, and even 60s trying to figure out how to start over while paying mortgages, tuition, and just regular life. And also people in their 20s and 30s are trying to make sense of what 30s are trying to make sense of what career path even makes sense anymore. We're going to talk with Kivi today.
