And there are a number of topics in the Parsha. I'd like to focus specifically towards the end of the Parsha, we have the carbonis, the sacrifices which are brought by the brought by the Jewish people to the Beit Hamikdash, to the temple, and the Mishkan in its time, the tabernacle. And specifically, I would like to focus in on Shmini Atzeres. in on Shmini Atzeres. You know, we have an unusual thing. Usually when we think about Chag, we know Pesach is 7 days. We know the concept of 7 has to do with the idea of the days of the week. We have 7 days in a week. And when it comes to Shmini Atzeres, when it comes to Sukkos, so we have an unusual thing, and that is that instead of there being only 7 days, instead of being only a 7-day Chag, there's an 8th day. And there's a whole Medrash, I'm not going to get into it, but really that 8th day should be a different time, but Hakadosh Baruch Hu wanted us to stay Hakadosh Baruch Hu wanted us to stay with him, so to speak, and therefore the 8th day is indeed after the 7 days of the Chag, after the 7 days of Sukkos, which is the holiday that we will be celebrating in just about 2 months' time. Is that correct? Here we are, we're in the middle of Tammuz, Av, Elul, I'm sorry, 3 months' time. So, the Chag has an unusual aspect to it, it has this 8th day. Now, what is the concept of the 8th day? It's called an Atzeres. We're going to see what is the concept of Atzeres, what is the idea of the 8th
