This is really our first shiur of the new season. And here we go. Um this is introduction to Shemoneh Esrei. Actually, Actually, I want to take this opportunity to encourage everyone to take a look at our amazing video presentation of the Tefillah, from the beginning of Tefillah until the end. But now, we're up to Shemoneh Esrei, and hopefully b'siyata d'Shmaya, we'll we'll uh have new understanding of Shemoneh Esrei. We're still in the intro. We know the Shulchan Aruch says in Orach Chaim siman tzadi hei, based on the Gemara Brachos on daf yud, that when you daven Shmoneh Esrei, you have to put your feet together like the heavenly angels.
