And Hashem tells Moshe uh again to take his uh take his staff and says, Als behold, I will be standing before you there on the rock in and you will strike the rock and water will come out and the people will drink. and Moshe did so in front of the elders of Israel. So we see that back in Hashem told Mos Moshe to strike the rock and here in our para Hashem told Moshe
