[Music] Ritson estd Hamilton we are delighted to welcome you to Visionary voices thank you so much for having me tell me Robson how does someone become an international media Torah personality that you're known as Ritson estd wow that is a very big question very long journey um I would say that I definitely did not have that in mind when I started off my career as a teacher I didn't really have in mind to have a career as a teacher I grew up in um in a home of Rabbi and Ritson your good friends um I've known Rabbi Ro for many years since I was a little young child and I remember my father and you sitting together planning lots of projects together uh changing the world together and that left a big impression on me um I grew up in a home where my father was the Rob of a big community but my mother was also a rabbitson and when I say that I mean that my mother also taught Torah and she was a role model and a leader in her own right and I'm talking about um 30 years ago or 40 years ago and that wasn't such a given or that wasn't considered so regular or so normal there were lots of Rabon of communities and then there they had wives but not necessarily their wives was teaching TOA not necessarily their wives were taking an active role in The Shaw but my mother always did and when I grew up I remember seeing my mother every single night after supper when
