We Begin this week with 68 and really in a certain sense all the teachings that we are going to learn today these three teachings we've already learned in various forms because you know it's the same ideas that are just recurring themes and the reason why it's worth learning them again is because Al is incredibly convincing and it takes a tremendous amount of reminding you know the of like is remembering you always have to remember remember right it's it's the whole tire is just a is just a reminder because our knows all these things and then we get released into Al and we and we keep on making uh the terrible mistake of falling for the illusion of this realm so we need constant reminders so we begin with the first reminder and says when a person has a a person has a foreign thought and really it's like a broad umbrella for any thought that's not absolutely kades and and T it could really be any kind of thought it could be a thought of TAA it could be a thought of hatred it could be a thought of of of undue fear or anxiety that's misplaced as a result of a lack of amuna it can be a result of thought of jealousy all of these fall under the umbrella of and very beautifully I think it's a very beautiful terminology it doesn't say impure thoughts or they're not
