We're not relying on the external world for not relying on the external world for anything but we're also not separating from the external world. We then become the manager rather than being a spectator in your life. You want to be a vibrant participant or even the manager. You want to be a player manager of your life. So I'm giving you all the basic tools and we said just starts first by it starts first by knowing have very very clear vision. Where am I trying to go? If you don't know where you're going, you go. You're just wandering around. You might get somewhere, but you might be walking up the wrong mountain, which most people, by the way, nowadays, which most people, by the way, nowadays, they're really walking up the wrong mountain to like some sort of career success, but career success doesn't lead to happiness, fulfillment, meaning good good family dynamics. So, you're walking on the wrong mountain. So, we said really the goal of life, the definition of success is to achieve the purpose. And the purpose of life on a very basic fundamental level is self-actualization. Become the greatest person you can become. And we define that as two things. Your is your purpose in terms of
