good morning everybody everybody's well happy sunday for those of you here live for those of you here any of the week thanks so much for joining us this is the beginning in america of a holiday weekend it's president's day tomorrow we will with god's help have a show and we'll talk a little bit about presidents earlier presidents that is george washington abraham lincoln we ended up last week with this concept of royalty trying to understand that really what we want in life is within the things that are already in front of us and if our eyesight is not conditioned to be spiritual we're not going to ever see it and so the emptiness that one typically feels whether it's acute or even just a little emptiness usually gets filled up with more things we're not looking for things we're looking for an experience in life but we don't know how to get that experience but when you go to our neuroplasticity we look for ways to get stuff and what we've learned growing up is that the way you get the feeling is by getting things but then we get to things as adults and we don't really feel the depth what we want to feel then and round and round we go we assume that the feeling that i have is because i don't have the thing now by the way i don't mean thing like we go going to the store and buying candy right it could be like i want my children to do this and they don't it's a thing whatever the thing is now as we grow hopefully the things we look for are deeper but there's still things for the most part as we look into our our world and we try to go deeper we find that there's some experience that is right underneath the surface
