yesterday a question came up I saw uh a bunch of the boys bunch of the teens asked me a good question they said um youan I said yeah I said uh they said are we allowed to play games and cards on Shabbat y that's a great question I said uh I said to be honest when I was young I was taught that on Friday nights uh what do you do with the family you're supposed to play games now we don't always do that but the idea was that on Friday that but the idea was that on Friday night what would what was I was taught you spend time with your kids wa I mean whatever the kids whatever the kids want to do you see whatever the kids want to do you spend time with them it's Friday night that that's what we do we we spend time now that's what I was taught uh but as I got older and I became a little bit more educated I learned a little bit more I realized hold on a minute I think that games might be a problem on Shabbat y now we're going to discuss games and then we're going to discuss cards like poker Blackjack I wanted there's two different C categories right
