So, today first I'll talk about today, then we'll get to this week the parsha over, and then we'll get to our we'll get to touch on the the there's no parsha this week, but we'll touch on the following week's parsha, and then we will get to um our topic for today, which is a really really important one. Um is going to be about how we can keep growing and never slow down. This is the key to um this is the key to counter aging. this is the key to counter aging. So, yes, so you're waiting for it. Okay. But, let's begin one at a time. So, today firstly is the 11th day of the month of Nissan. Today is the Rebbe's birthday. He would be he was born in 1902, so that would make him 124 um years since his birthday. Um and so the Rebbe would every year celebrate his birthday. Um we spoke previously about the importance of birthdays in Judaism, and the Rebbe put birthdays in Judaism, and the Rebbe put a very big emphasis on birthdays, particularly because it's another uh it's another milestone in one's life's mission and opportunity for life. Um and so the Rebbe would publicly celebrate his birthday with his followers every year or meant for many years. Uh and so it's a day that we can celebrate as well. And, um, the Rebbe on his birthday addressed the question of aging. Um, and so, we're going to address that question, God willing, today when we get
