welcome to part three of the believe in yourself Brooke shop this is the third part of the three-part series and what we are trying to accomplish here today is to understand the whole system but I'm presenting on how to believe in yourself it's a seven step system to how to handle life's challenges in particular let's say stressful events stuff of life anxiety depression difficulties in life how do you look at life from a Torah perspective and they were able to use Torah pinkey Torah thought Torah Judaism to be able to handle life as I mentioned many times that Judaism is not a religion it is a system for personal growth and Torah by the Coolibar everything is in the Torah Torah is a book thought about God but about masks by God speaking about us for how we can self actualize there must be in the Torah a system of how we can handle life's challenges and be the best we can be and the idea is that we need to be well stay well and ignite your soul and this is a seven step system of how to handle life's challenges so for example if we have anxiety and here is a series of anxiety producing events yeah financial difficulties we have workplace politics anyone ever been in a workplace where someone is passed over over you or those talking during the during a work day or people are involved in politics who's better who's getting a promotion and he it's an issue right and it gets us down financial issues get us down self-control how to handle myself in the challenging stressful situations social
