So there there's an interesting uh on does it apply to business or not? Right? Meaning the the business uh rigor or the business practices are X. If business practices are X, do I have the obligation to do more than X? Typical partnership structure, for example, we've articulated, let's say, a partnership structure. partnership structure. >> Oh, yeah. >> We've articulated a partnership structure and that partnership structure calls for reporting once a month. And this level of uh dilution should somebody not respect the capital whatever it might be in the context of business where does sit where does going beyond the letter of the law sit of the law sit okay if uh I have a partnership with um and um my responsibilities to the partnership are to do X. Should I be pining to do 1.5X or 2X? Yes or no? We're going to relate all this back to in a few minutes, but um what would you say?
