Our our uh book, our fourth book, and our parsha begin by telling us not only what was communicated, not only what was transmitted and said, but where it was communicated and where it was said. Specifically b'midbar Sinai, specifically in the in the desert. Here we are given the topography. Here we're given the climate of where the Torah was given the climate of where the Torah was communicated. And the Medrash Bamidbar Rabbah tells us Vayedaber Hashem el Moshe b'midbar Sinai. Lama b'midbar Sinai? Why is that important? Teach us our history. Teach us our ethics and morals. Teach us our laws. Why is it necessary or in what way does it help to be able to tell us where?
