Good evening. The topic of our lecture tonight is preparation for marriage. Eventually, the marriage arrives. And now it's the time to start preparing for it. It's a process. It's not something that it's been done overnight. So, we will speak about our efforts, our hishtadlut. And we're also going to speak about the spiritual aspect of the preparation, which most people don't pay attention to. As a matter of fact, most of the problems that people have after they get married comes as a result of two things, two major things. One is the usual problem, personality issues, traits, bad traits, people that don't work on their traits, they're having problems to communicate. So, if they having problem communicating with people that they meet on and off here and there, once in a while, it's needless to say they're going to have a much bigger problem with someone that they live in the same place for many hours every day, for many years, right? Because the more you live with a person, he's attached to you, and you have to spend more time with him, the bigger the problems are if you don't know how to discipline yourself and control your temper, your ego, and all kinds of other issues. So, that's one major thing. Everybody knows that, Jews, non-Jews. it's a matter of human human being behaving. It's traits. I won't fix my traits, my marriage will suffer. I will work on my traits. Oh, no one is perfect, of course. The more I work on it, the better not only the marriage, the better the life
