[Applause] [Music] Good evening, we learned the blessing of the Creator of the World and we continue with the blessing of the Love of God, or in the Ashkenazic version, great love, two blessings, one after the other. The blessing of the Creator deals with the beginning of the sun, the luminaries, the light, the creator of darkness. the beginning of the sun, the luminaries, the light, the creator of darkness. We talked about this in the previous lesson. Then the angels who praise the Holy One, blessed be He. The blessing of the Love of God speaks about the Torah. How does this connect? We have a psalm in the Psalms, the heavens sing praise to God and the work of the heavens, the heavens sing praise to God and the work of the creation. And then the Torah of the Lord is pure, the return of the soul, the testimony of the Lord is faithful, the wisdom of the simple. This means that there is continuity when a person reaches the understanding of the heavens, the purpose of the creation of the heavens and the earth, the level above it, this is the Torah. The Torah is something much higher than the heavens and the earth. The sages said about the verse, "If not for my covenant day and night, the laws of heaven and earth, I would not have made it, if, God forbid, the Torah ceases for one moment, the world will not be fulfilled." That is, the Torah is above the world in this acceptance. It is more clear that the place of the Torah is very much higher than the creation of the world, and therefore we ascend in ranks in prayer, ascending sacrifices, singing, blessing the
