get to my aid we're up to the final parsha in Hamisha Hamishai Torah V'Zos HaBrachah. So, I'd like to share five sharp divrei Torah on parshas V'Zos HaBrachah from the sefer Tninei Kedem. Perek Lam Dal Pasuk Vav V'Lo yada ish es kevuraso. Nobody knew where Moshe was buried. The Medrash says because Moshe was nisael in the story of Zimri, therefore nobody knows where Moshe is buried. Seemingly all they're saying that because Moshe Rabbeinu did not take up the cause of eliminating Zimri immediately, as a punishment nobody knows where his kevurah is. But many ask, what's the connection between Moshe not taking up the cause of Zimri and Klal Yisrael not knowing where Moshe Rabbeinu was buried. So, in the sefer Jerush Shmuel printed in Venezia in the year 1694, he brings from Hagoyim Rav Leib Mi Pinchov. The Medrash says Moshe was so great nobody could be oisek in his burial other than Hashem. Question, but Pinchas was there. Pinchas was Moshe's talmid chaver. Why couldn't Pinchas bury Moshe? Must be it's because Pinchas was a kohen. But when did Pinchas become a kohen? Only after the story of Zimri. And because Pinchas took up the cause and eliminated Zimri. Had Moshe killed Zimri, Pinchas wouldn't have been a kohen, and then Pinchas would have buried Moshe. Then we would have known where Moshe is buried. But because Moshe was nisael b'Zimri, so now Pinchas took up the cause and he became a kohen, and now he can't bury Moshe. So, now there's no choice only Hakadosh Baruchu, and therefore V'Lo yada ish es kevuraso. Perek Lam Dal Pasuk Vav Vayikbor oso b' ben b'Gay b'Eretz Moav mul fire. Rashi says
