This is Dov Odolensky with our question and answer series. I'm moving to Florida and have a silly question. How do I wash keep wool tzitzis? I assume what he means keep is how do I keep them clean without them you know, turning yucky. Now, I have to tell you the truth. This is not a Florida question specifically. Every person who wears tzitzis has to go through this process because since it is close to your skin and wool tends to make you sweat and it's kind of hot, so they get dirty. So, what would be the easiest method? Take them and toss them in the washing machine. However, then you will find that the strings that are hanging at the bottom of our tzitzis will start to unravel and come across. So, what can you do? Well, there are a few options available.
