Today we will reflect on the power of giving, on its meaning, on the benefit a person gains for himself, on the human completeness one can reach through it, and also on its spiritual effects, what a person earns in terms of the higher than natural influence that generosity brings to his life in this world and in the world to come. In the 10th chapter of Proverbs, King Solomon begins the new section of his parables. The book of Proverbs is divided into The book of Proverbs is divided into three parts. The second part deals with short parables built as a contrast, a statement and its opposite. Until now we studied sets of parables built with explanation, a parable and its moral. Here, King Solomon shifts to verses in which each one presents both positive and negative views so that every person can choose where he wants to stand to be on this side or on that side and to know on this side or on that side and to know the consequences.
