It's a sad thing that you can have a person who learns Torah day and night. And I had this one time in Yeshiva, there was a guy who was learning Torah day and night non-stop. And I maybe a little bit chutzpadik, but I went over to him and I said, you know, just you know, we're we're both from together. I said, how's your you know, how's your relationship with Hashem going? Hashem? I'm too busy learning Gemara to think about Hashem. I I'm in so involved in Gemara and my in my my learning, in Gemara and my in my my learning, I haven't thought about Hashem at all. Okay, that's a problem. It's a problem. Even though we know the Nefesh HaChaim says, when you're learning, you should just be involved in the Sugya, but at least before you're learning and after you're learning and even during, that there's a certain ruach, that this is Torah of Hashem, that this is Hashem's Torah. It's not It's not, God forbid, divorced from Hashem. It's one with Hashem. And therefore, we daven before we learn. I want to connect to Hashem. I want to I want to connect to Hashem. I want to be dovek. I want to be glued to you through your Torah. Cuz if a person doesn't do that, God forbid, it can become very cold. Learning becomes like another academic subject. You know, like I go I have my science class, I have my my calculus, I have economics, and I have, you know, like Talmud. Introduction to Talmudic thought. So, what is that?
