So it's amazing you give out these easy recipes that we know that they're really changing people's lives. So this was my, this was one of my mom's favorites. It was Chinese rice. She used to make it as a dinner in it of itself. We make it as a side dish, but it's a dinner by itself. Make two cups of rice and then brown in the frying pan a pound of ground beef chopped meat and I don't remember it being this uh, this greasy in America, but in Israel I pour off the extra grease. Wait for the rice to cool. This is, this is a trick. Yeah? And then
