Wherever you live, each in your own place, you don't have to look far; observe those around you. A person who needs you, whoever they may be, reach out a hand to them, offer them help. It could be a friendly smile—our sages wrote about the verse "and whiteness of teeth from milk," that one who shows their teeth to a friend in a smile is greater than one who gives them milk to drink—it could be money, it could be advice. It could be that you are a professional: you are a financial advisor, a lawyer, a payroll accountant . You see your neighbor feeling embarrassed, they ask a question— don't tell them: "Listen, my consulting fee is 1500, give me only 500." Advise them for free, do an act of kindness, take what the Creator of the world gave you and make the world a better place. And I will tell you a shocking story.
