Thank you very much for everyone who's coming and thank you for everyone who's watching this uh um recorded. Uh I'd like to um begin very briefly before introducing the speakers and uh say that um uh the uh this uh program of course is one of many webinars we're trying to run in order to uh try and address the many issues which had to be addressed and of course this broader u project which we have of uh uh enhancing and strengthening the tom's perspective in our community And uh we are trying of course to um bring it as far and wide as possible and use it in order to address the questions of our time which seem to need to more than ever before. And of getting into those specific questions at the moment I think everybody who follows current events can see how to is something which is essential to addressing many of the uh issues which confront our community. Today specifically our purpose is to address what we do in a community in which there is no formal school or institution which precisely represents the ideals of term across the board. I don't think we have any institution which we can point out and say that this is a term institution although some of them of course many of them have some aspect of term to them but none of them have precisely the ideals which we would like to see in and of itself. we have to clarify over the course of time what those ideals would be but uh that's a separate issue perhaps or perhaps the same issue in any event I just want to mention before we begin that um we are trying through various different means at our disposal
