Rabbi I have a question regarding the laws of pesak yes uh I believe that many people especially uh Jewish people who may own a restaurant or grocery store sell their mates uh with an arrangement though uh that after pesak is over uh theing will be returned to them uh now um now that that's correct right well it's not to return return to them Arrangement that in case the nonu wants to buy it they has to pay for it those you know say you have to sendle those you know say you have to sendle back to me you don't have to sell the back if you want to buy it you'll have to pay and the restaurant cost about $100,000 or Theus and the rest cost about $10,000 if he decides he wants to buy it you can't stop him from buying it but most of the time they don't want to feel like buying it because they have no purpose for it but it's it's a it's a sale which is 100% uh authentic and if the non-jew decides to buy the after P he has 100 right% right to buy we kid stu okay because my question um we kid stu okay because my question um my question after that was going to be if uh for people who wish to sell their hmates uh however uh with the Hope or with that they would uh then be able to repurchase uh the fates um if they would really be giving up ownership because the Tom teaches that in order transfer of ownership to occur uh a person would need to abandon the hope of uh re obtaining the item um uh so if a person is going to sell the Kates with the hope
