Rachmanian and Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Yitzchak Rachmanian who is a very close friend of mine and the shul. Also used to be a very close neighbor of ours. Even though now he moved out to Great Neck, he gets a lot of every week. Yitzchak makes the trek to the share and we wish him as a merit for the upcoming year Okay, the question that's on everybody's mind, you know, we have we come to shul the first day of Rosh Hashanah, we sit through the davening, right? If you have a chazzan, he takes a little bit extra, you know, who knows what he's yodeling, sometimes he's gargling and you have to sit through the long davening and you know, maybe the rabbi even gives a long boring drasha and you say to yourself, "All right, I endured the first day of Rosh Hashanah. You're telling me I have to come back again to the shul? Another 8 hours in the shul? Another drasha? I did it the first day. Didn't I do it the first day? But what happened yesterday? This is something we're going to try to discuss this evening. But more specifically, we know on the two days of Rosh Hashanah we lain two times from parshas Vayeira. First day of Rosh Hashanah we read V'Hashem pakad es Sarah, we read about the birth of Yitzchak and Rivka. After many years Sarah, Avraham and Sarah were childless and the blesses them with a child in their old age. That is what we read on the first day of Rosh Hashanah.
