I can't believe he did the story of Malcolm Zoo two weeks ago and uh we're obviously it's a very uh powerful and difficult thing to story to understand but that he not from describes who decided that he wasn't doing what he was supposed to with the uh resources which he had and therefore he decided to demote himself right you're just like a person who's a gift bar with a Treasurer and doesn't do his job properly he's either fired or demoted so he decided I'm going to demote myself because I didn't do his stuff in the way I was supposed to give it so therefore he he had all this stuff taken away and um he removed it basically yes yes he uh I tend to uh obviously stuff happened to him but yes he gave the authorization he was his own HR department yeah yes what had to be the lesson we take for that is that his next lesson he gives let's see it uh where I would have underlined in the second paragraph here so this is uh what we've been thinking of this is what we have in the flow of uh the the do of Heaven uh the acquisition of wisdom now acquisition of wisdom here you can uh it can be any meet those thermos it can any uh uh uh resource which a person can get from his uh in his uh as different because vertical it'd be worth it is
