What’s said in this shiur

The opening of this shiur, in Hidabroot - Torah & Judaism’s own words — taken from the captions, so names and Hebrew terms may be approximate.

Dear brothers and sisters, we are here in the emergency room. An Iranian missile fell and hit her. We are fighting for her life. It depends on how much we pray to the blessed God and I ask each and every one of you, every boy or girl, man or woman, please, three chapters of Psalms. Some beautiful commitment like getting up early in the morning to keep the upcoming Sabbath. And even more than that, to bless the food with the blessing of Shehecheyanu
