let us get a rock and rolling over here um these type of topics the class these types of classes i feel it's so important because it's something that we're dealing with always our thoughts our thoughts are constantly something that we are um being sort of i don't want to say the word stuck but we kind of are we kind of like like stuck in our own in our own thought process we are constantly you know thinking daydreaming pondering thinking daydreaming pondering you know our minds are constantly going sometimes we have good thoughts sometimes we have bad thoughts uh let's try to say this nicely some genders i guess have thoughts that could later result in fights with their spouses without their spouses even knowing that they were in a fight like they start the process in their head and in their head they're like thinking of what the other they're like thinking of what the other person is going to respond so they have a whole conversation in their head and and people are constantly in their head have you ever seen somebody in the street walking down and then suddenly they do something like this and then they do something like and they sort of like nodding themselves and be like what's going on and we all know what's going on they're they're having conversations in their head completely normal i'm not saying that our voices that are going on and you're like crazy and you should seek medical help no no completely normal stuff but like you know we're we're in our own
