[Music] [Applause] [Music] so hello everybody uh uh we are moments away before uh alef elul starts so we starting our new journey and yesterday i gave a little introduction about the the mind frame that we have to have before we start i mean i think it would be too much right now to uh really do an overview of what we're going to do i think it's also irrelevant i think better just to do but yesterday i started explaining really why what's so special about that time and why we have to take advantage of the time and why you need to know when to strike the iron while it's hot and i just talked without giving the actual uh what do we do so we kind of made like a quick introduction without the action so today now i want to go quickly over what is going to be the actual action uh not so easy to do but that's the that's the approach and i told you yesterday that what we're going to do is we have to make a change a real change because if not that's not real chuva real change and that's really what we're going to learn in the next 40 days how to make a change because you know not too long ago somebody saw me from my past and they were like like that's a total different person and i said i'm actually the exact same person uh but yeah you're kind of right it's a different person that's a change when it's two different people when you put the before and after
