We are starting the Torah anew. The Holy One, blessed be He, gave us a gift of renewal every single year. It is a new year, and we are beginning a new cycle of Torah study, from Bereshit to the eyes of all Israel. Admittedly, to a person, it may look like the same verses, the same thing, but a study of renewal is a different kind of study. One who reviews their chapter 100 times is not like one who reviews it 101 times. We must study the Torah once again, and there is no study quite like it. Where things do not become renewed. There is no House of Study without innovation. On the condition that a person keeps this in mind and prays to Hashem, "Reveal to me the innovation that You desire." A person can reach Parashat Bereshit—thank you very much , Rabbi—reach Parashat Bereshit and say, "Okay, I know this, but I have to read it." There is nothing to be done, let's just recite it.
