Good morning, Booker. Welcome back to Living with Amuna. I have to tell you, I enjoyed and loved our vacation. It wasn't a vacation, it was a family trip. If you want to know the difference between the two, I'm happy to tell you all about it another time. But our family trip was fantastic and phenomenal. Among the things that I missed was this year, was the living with Amuna. As I say, I don't know if you believe me, this is really uh for me. It's my support group that inspires me and motivates me. to remember and to me and motivates me. to remember and to live and to practice what we preach to live with amuna. So I really missed it. It's great to be back together. I'm so glad that you're here. Those who are in person afterwards we'll continue with our question and answers trying to motivate and inspire people to come in person and got to give a little bit more content to those who live locally. So afterwards we have our question and answer on any topic hasha. anything that you think is controversial, anything that you think is sensitive on any topic we do in person afterwards, not streaming and not
