He called them the villages of Yair. V'Noach halach. Noach went. Vayikra es Kenas v'es b'nosah. He conquered Kenas and the tributaries. Vayikra lah Noach b'shmo. And he called Vayikra lah Noach b'shmo. And he called it Noach in his name. Very interesting. Very interesting. Vayikra lah Noach b'shmo. So Rashi points out that the word lah is different than every other lah in the Torah. Why? Because it doesn't have a mapik hey. It should be called vayikra lah Noach b'shmo. The word lah should have a mapik hey. Lah eino mapik hey. Why? What's the explanation? V'raisi b'sefer hadarsh of Moshe Hadarshan. Hadarshan. Says Rashi, I saw in the sefer the Yesodai of Moshe Hadarshan l'fi shelo niskayem lo shem zeh. This name did not last. L'fi kach hu rafeh. Therefore, it is not chazak, it is rafeh, it is missing.
