so we are in chapter seven and the reason that I'm starting because there's something I want to get to that is fascinating in the Rambo but I thought would be worth getting into detail so the rambam in chapter 7 tells us since each of us has the ability to choose whether how to live their life whether living their life according to the Torah or not it is a free choice a person should strive work hard do his best to do chuva and to shake off the sins so that when he dies he will die as a balchuva and then he would go to the world to come it's nice right so we covered in some detail last week and the week before how free will works for the rambam and the Torah in general doesn't work the system doesn't work if there's no free will because there is a concept of reward and Punishment at the core when you read the Torah it's full of rewards and Punishment you do this you get that you don't do this you get this whatever you want so the system is built on it so a person should want to do chuva how does one do chuva do you remember uh Mueller four steps step number one realizing it closing verbally is that three or two or one the last one which is what number two or number three first is realize that then acknowledge it verbally then it's uh handing it over handing it over what do you mean handing it over just like giving it what do you mean give me an example verbally said and then you just give it up to God you give it up to God so give me give me a specific example like pretend Joe has
