the topic that i chose to speak about is there a different torah for balichuva than the rest of the jewish people the answer is yes and no that is the answer to almost every question you could possibly ask because of israel solanter says that in torah there are no rules and even that's not a rule there are only details there are situations where the halacha may be different for about shiva and there are situations where the has to be the same for everyone we start with where the answer is no there's a tremendous yetzer hara that people who are involved in key roof and want to be successful have they're people who feel that if they could just modify the torah a little bit and just uh not do everything they're supposed to do and forget about this issue or that issue right then they could really fix up the world and maybe god would be happy with them if they did that visual solvant gives a marshall why that is not a um valid consideration or a person thinks that he's going to transgress the torah in order to do god a favor this is what the early conservatives in america conservative judaism some of them had this idea they said that orthodoxy is dying and is soon going to die and unless we have some kind of formula to conserve judaism if we just permit people to drive on chavez because if we don't they're moving out to the suburbs and the major shules were in the urban areas people won't come to shore but if we just permit them to drive on shabbos we'll get them to come to shul
