Hello and welcome to episode 5 of the eighth note. I am Gitty Rappaport here with my brother Rabbi Rueven Wolf from my Israel. Welcome. Um before we begin, I would like to dedicate uh tonight's podcast um the illui nishmas at very layer bas Yakov Eliezer. Um an incredible woman and shlucha who was nifter today. She should have her neshama should have the highest of neshama should have the highest of aliyahs. Um I I feel like she was really an embodiment of a little bit of what we're going to discuss tonight, so it's very apropos. Okay. So we're going to get into it and um parshas bamidbar and the Rebbe ties it very closely to Shavuos. There's There's a reason why it falls out on Shavuos and um I think what's so powerful about this sicha about this sicha is it's talking about finding inner peace and inner tranquility. And this was something that we discussed all the way in the beginning in episode 1, I think it was, where we were talking about how in specifically this generation, there's this unsettledness this this feeling of being uncomfortable, being fragmented and just not having menuchas hanefesh. And the Rebbe, as we said, is talking to the Rebbe, as we said, is talking to this generation cuz he's talking about the generation that's welcoming Mashiach and he really really gives such a clear explanation of where we could find that really true inner peace and tranquility. Um and I I found this sicha to be fascinating and and really bringing it into such a practical level. I also think this is very interesting, and I know you're going to mention this, so I'm jumping ahead and I'm going to say it instead of you.
