So, we're sitting here at the Kesher Nafshi fundraiser, have the privilege to be sitting with my dear beloved friend and mentor, Rabbi Shimon Russell, who I think I don't have to introduce to the audience. Well, let's say he's a world-renowned therapist, mentor, educator, and we had the privilege for many years to attend together Kesher Nafshi Shabbatonim for parents who are struggling with their children. So, now we have the privilege to sit once again and talk about ourselves and our work. We're all work in progress, all of us. I don't think anyone of us came down to this world perfect. If we would have come down perfect, we could have stayed up there. And we're all trying to become better people, better Jews, better parents, better teachers, better educators, better principals, better mentors, better human beings, better of the Hashem, especially as teachers and as educators and as parents. So, that's what we want to explore. Absolutely. None of us have all the answers to all the questions. All of us, I think, could learn more, can grow more, can challenge ourselves more. So, uh I'm going to begin. My pleasure. Always my pleasure to sit with you. Thank you, Reb Shimon. Yes, it's just you know, I only regret that it we spend a couple of hours together doing this.
