the yeshiva dotnet I'm sure everybody had a very interesting week actually a very interesting few weeks life has changed dramatically for all of us everyone on this planet excuse me and the most important thing today is to be here for each other to support each other to care for each other physically we're distant but spiritually and emotionally our hearts remain united and connected to each other as strong as ever and stronger than ever we always have to remember that physical distance never translates into emotional or spiritual distance the neshamah always remains connected and it's a very important time to reach out to friends and also to other people and I'm gonna open up with this suggestion to all of the girls whoever can do this every day that we are in quarantined in quarantine pick up a phone and call somebody who's lonely and tell them that you're thinking about them that you're praying for them that you want to know they need anything it can be maybe a classmate with is only one or two children in the house and they may feel is less action or may be a classmate where there's a lot of children in the house and it's difficult a great uncle a great aunt a second cousin an old friend somebody on the block even somebody who's just an older person and they may be alone and it may be difficult for them it's difficult for everybody it's such a powerful thing you will do for other people and you will also do it for yourself so this is gonna be my suggestion to all of you every day find the telephone number of somebody could even be somebody you don't know
