And not only there has to be impartiality, the uh litigants, anything that may intimidate one of them if the other one is given their privilege, you're not allowed to do. For example, if one of them is if you can't have one of the guys sitting and the other guy's standing. Cuz the guy who's standing feels I'm a second class citizen over here and that's going to intimidate him. He won't be able to present his claims properly.
