Okay. Just make sure we're recording here. Recording in progress. And let's begin. I hope everybody's doing so fantastically and had an amazing Shabbos and that your week is off to a great start. It is our great privilege to jump back into Sicha Saran as Hashem. And today just going to share my screen. Today we're going to be taking a look at just one teaching. Um it may be a bit shorter of a sheer, it may not be. it may not be. I just felt that this sheer should really be on its own because it's specifically and particularly powerful and really deserves its its own setting as opposed to sort of reading it along with many other teachings. It's a short teaching, but it's a teaching that really needs a lot of sensitivity. It's a teaching that needs a lot of issue of hadas. Stillness of mind and heart. To be able to give it the proper To be able to give it the proper platform so that it can take root and so that it can flourish in whatever way is needed in our lives at this particular moment and everybody's going to relate to it in a slightly different way as it relates to their own journey and as it relates to their own stage in their emunah process. And so let's together take a look at Sicha Saran kuf tzadi dalid 194. And this is a teaching about suffering.
