[Music] welcome back to rest of campus some insights into how the deal with situations which are hard to explain a Jew tries his best to express himself to God but it doesn't always work out in the main it's just opposite a person has a hard time expressing himself even if somebody has a lot to give an about a lot to talk to him about he feels stage fright he feels out of it he feels so mumbled and confused and drained and offset that he can't express himself there are times though when when the the need to express oneself - am so much builds up and it's been so long so that person has been able to get it out that finally an opportunity arises where a person is just being overburdened with one difficulty after the next one obstacle after the next one setback after the next to the point where person can't handle it anymore and then his heart opens up and it was as if that these days or weeks or months however long it took were preparation to get to this one point and when you finally are able to let it out to a Shem the relief and experience is so powerful and so great that you begin to feel that my whole life was only worth it to get to this point of experience of being able to open up my heart and to say these few words were such truth there is a teaching from Rebbe Nachman that a person should love in his whole life that he merits speaking one word of
