and uh many more will probably watch or listen later and I'm really very grateful for this uh this privilege and opportunity and to talk about something so important and for this organization a for all of your tireless efforts and dedication and love for our brothers and sisters in your community and across AR and all those you impact directly ly and indirectly and uh May the dwell in the work of your hands so that you should be able to continue to grow and be successful and be ambassadors of true healing and uh recovery and hope and uh love love and uh expansive Redemptive Consciousness and with so my topic today is dealing with the stigmas of uh I would say everything connected to mental and emotional health the stigmas in our community the stigmas in our homes our families individually and collectively and uh where we stand today how we can improve how can we how we can each become Kinder more sensitive more compassionate within our own Hearts within our own homes and families within our communities for ourselves for our loved ones so I'm going to share a few a few thoughts a few uh feelings about this matter and I know we're going to have uh soon we're going to open the floor also to dialogue and questions and answers everybody could uh I guess you already announced everybody will share their questions and we'll address it on a more personal intimate level in response to people's questions I think it probably won't be uh dramatic to say that in our generation in our time we are seeing something very strange happening maybe it's not so strange but many people call it strange namely an explosion in the mental heal health field Based On A Mental Health
