The Torah writes that the first bracha of shmona esrei boruch ata elokeinu v'elokei avoseinu el elyon ending in magen Avraham beginning with a beis ending with a mem has 42 words. The Torah says v'lo niglah ta'am am. It was not revealed to me the reason why there are 42 words in this bracha. That sounds like other things have been revealed to the Torah. It's a very interesting statement. It was not revealed to me. Wasn't revealed to me either by the way, but that's because um nothing is revealed to me. But the Torah says that the reason there are 42 words has not been revealed to him. So he says achsheivada. I'll just tell you what has occurred to me. He says only leimar you could say like this. Look at number two. V'e'escha l'goy gadol va'avarechecha va'agadlah sh'mecha v'heye bracha. That pasuk which is the foundation of the first bracha of shmona esrei has eight words. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. And later on in the parsha where it says vayomer boruch Avram l'kel elyon koneh shamayim va'aretz that the matbe'a of Koine HaKoel comes from has nine words. Va'yivarechehu Va'yomer Baruch Avram
