foreign since this is one of the latest days of the year Shabbos is coming in pretty late so we can catch up on the key to Redemption episode 2 episode 7 number two class number two so we were learning and I was hoping I would give a class yesterday but I was busy with other classes and I didn't get to it so this is class number two we'll have to complete it Hashem early next week although I think I'm gonna get through most of it all right so we left off over here we're talking about the objective of lighting up the world the lamps that the that the Torah is giving you us the midst of lighting the lamps and one of the instructions regarding lighting the lamps is that the lamp has to go up onto on its own and we learned that the lesson of this is the lesson of this is that even though in our lives Holiness godliness a higher Consciousness higher Godly awareness and divine illumination is something that has to be channeled and drawn down to us from above beginning with God drawing it down to each and every one of us um downloading it to us then the assistances of holy people spiritual people um rabbis the teachers mentors guides parents uh that uh try to that that um deliver and and and um educate but there has to be a certain point where Holiness and godliness becomes who we are in other words it's the Torah starts to flow from within us we don't need to receive it from above that's the idea like a flame a candle you light a candle and initially the fire was being transmitted to the wick from outside but once the candle is able to grab that fire the wick on its own with the oil
