[Music] hi today I want to give you some of the fundamental concepts and principles that we teach in our Munna coach training program and that we impart to our clients in our Munna coaching services whether we're working with individuals or marital couples or families or children the fundamental ideas are the same essentially we have we begin by recognizing that there's a purpose to life if we know the general purpose that we're shooting for it makes all the little pieces but Jesus understands and to be directed toward that ultimate goal the ultimate purpose of life of course is connection with the creator that's what brings the greatest joy the greatest happiness that's what eliminates all problems mental physical connection with the Creator well how do we get to that connection well the Torah gives us tools those tools are called the commandments the commandments were received by the first prophet Moses who received them from God himself on Mount Sinai at that time Moses took with his hands you know the tulu house and he brought them to us this was for all humanity not just for Jewish people God's Way of life gods special way that he wants us to live in this world and everybody's supposed to know and learn these ways of course it takes a lot of humility to be able to accept that if we try to live in a way that we think is right we're according to a an alien philosophy that tells us that that's the right way to live not the way of not the way of the Creator well people can try it people many people have and have discovered that there is no happen
