But it's even true on the you know I don't know lighter level or whatever of of the shmear I am in the street and the like which is my what I what I propose is is people taking an approach um which is much less about success and much more about being uh in the game. >> Sure. I I think on a very global uh level, anything that helps our mental health uh help us be in a better psychological state will end up helping us with things like that's what we're primarily talking that's what we're primarily talking about here. Partially because we're just in a calmer state and we can do anything better. uh and partially because in all these realms that relate to uh that that relate to and also relate to pornography which I think people will talk not so much about today or but um it is related to psychological stuff.
